Restaurants.

There are dozens of restaurants in the area although the region is sparsely populated. They range from the famous Michelin *** restaurant "Michel Bras" at Laguiole to restaurants used by the locals which are cheap and popular so that it is best to book Sunday lunch. Most of these restaurants cater for the lunch-time trade12:15 pm to 1:00pm, although most are open in the evenings 7:30pm to 8:30pm in season.
