Natural sites nearby include  Bes Bedine, views from  Puy de Montabès, the Chateau de Valon, the Gorge de la Truyère and the waterfall "Saut du Chien"

A little further away visits by car include the fascinating Trou de Bozouls, "Coulée de lave" at Roquelaure, the mountains of the Aubrac and Laguiole, and Conques. Further still, a trip to Rocamadour, la Couvertoirade and the recently constructed bridge at Millau all merit a visit.
